Imagine being at a backyard barbeque without having access to any gluten-free buns. You’d have to run to the store and, in all likelihood, you’d be presented with very few gluten-free options, if any. And anything you do find is likely going to be frozen.

Our hamburger are made with a rice-based mixture that we blend in house everyday. Shaped by hand and then brushed with olive oil to create a golden crust, the hamburger and hot dog buns are slightly smaller than their store-bought wheat counterparts. However, by being able to purchase fresh, gluten-free buns, you’ll spend more time enjoying your backyard barbeque and less time waiting for your buns to defrost.
