Imagine your mother’s or grandmother’s fresh baked, homemade bread. Nourish appreciates the same basics in crafting all of our breads, especially our cinnamon raisin loaf: the only difference being that our bread, like the rest of our products, is gluten-free.
The bakers arrive early in the morning to ensure that our customers are always greeted with fresh bread. Just like any other cinnamon raisin bread, we incorporate ground cinnamon and sultana raisins for a sweet, warming experience. Our gluten-free cinnamon raisin loaf is very similar to our flax loaf; by omitting the egg whites and soaking the flax meal, we are able to make this loaf vegan.
Our gluten-free cinnamon raisin loaf is made with a rice-based mixture that we blend in house everyday. Using rectangular pans, Nourish is able to create a bread that resembles any conventional loaf and tastes great either fresh or toasted. When toasted, you won’t be able to tell the difference between our gluten-free bread and a store-bought loaf. Our customers really appreciate how we’ve been able to recreate the classic taste of cinnamon raisin bread.
Due to the fact that our gluten-free bread is preservative-free, our bread is best enjoyed within the first five days. Afterwards, we recommend slicing and freezing it so that you can pull out a slice at a time and put it directly into the toaster.
