Focaccia is a type of flatbread that originated in Italy and is commonly used throughout the Mediterranean.
Our fresh-baked focaccia and focaccia rounds are shaped by hand, with the addition of rosemary and thyme mixed into the dough. Before baking, the top of the focaccia is brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. This bread is great for dipping with olive oils and balsamic vinegars, paninis, or for sandwiches where you don’t want a lot of bread.
