Made by soaking all the dried fruits; dates, raisins, cranberries and apricots overnight in Newman’s Port, triple sec, and Screech rum. Once baked to perfection, it is then topped with a Screech rum glaze. Never overly sweet, tantalizing your taste buds with every bite and forgetting all about that dark/light nonsense.
