Keeping in-mind being strictly gluten free, without the addition of eggs or dairy, and predominantly being a millet flour base. This is one soft dough and yeast waits for no one. Though there were many struggles and sweaty arguments with the pastry. We came out victorious, and the end result is something that we will never ever tweak or even think of changing ever again.
